What We Need
- Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes
- Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately
- Ensure guests have what they need
- Keep the bar area clean and organized
- Restock supplies as needed and adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience preferred
- A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE)
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
