Bartender

About the role

Alyeska Resort is seeking Bartender professionals to join our culinary team in Girdwood, Alaska. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about creating cocktails and delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages ordered through point-of-sale system.
• Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Serves wine and draught or bottled beer, prepares espresso drinks to order.
• Performs inventory, turns orders into the manager to maintain inventory par levels, stock and prepare product for the bar.
• Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Learn menu items and daily specials.
• Works the floor in bar and lounge.
• Sets lounge for service.

What We Need

• Obtain a valid TAPS Card.
• Experience in similar Bartender setting preferred.
• Experience in a customer service setting.
• The ability to multitask while providing exceptional guest service.

• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment.
