Brands Shop Assembler

About the role

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is seeking a Shop Assembler to join their Brands department. Founded in 1982, they are now one of the largest providers for power-sport enthusiasts, offering a wide range of riding gear and parts.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed instructions to assemble products or parts.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Package products for shipment, including labeling and verifying order accuracy.
• Maintain work areas clean and safe, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Notify supervisors of any malfunctions or defective parts.
• Perform quality checks on packaged items before distribution.
• Work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, committing to a workplace of teamwork, dignity, and respect.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Follow complex packing instructions.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Knowledge and respect of shop safety.
• Able to perform physically demanding work.
• Punctual and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Able to understand, read, and/or comprehend instructions and directions including different numbers and specifications.
• Able to work scheduled shift hours.
• Collaborative team player who is willing to work with others and independently.
• Strong work ethic focused on commitment, pride of work, quality, desire to learn, and dependability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and up to 45 pounds assisted or if capable.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and understand basics of the English language.
• Must be able to perform in this role with the following vision abilities: close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
• Must be able to perform in this role with the following physical abilities: walk, function in elevation changes by the means of self-propulsion, to include steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces; ability to negotiate warehouse work areas in a safe manner and behavior; frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
