Role Summary

Penta is seeking a Brand Strategist to join our remote team. Brand Strategists help bring our creative campaigns to life, working closely with designers, strategists, directors, managing directors, and partners across multiple clients and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with creative, media, and production teams developing brand strategy and creative campaign recommendations for clients
  • Draft planning materials that ensure high-quality, strategically sound creative deliverables, including project proposals, strategy briefs, and creative briefs
  • Inform strategy and partner with creative and production teams to execute comprehensive creative campaign assets, including TV/video, digital, social, or radio ads; websites; and event activations
  • Work in collaboration with media/ads management team to report on campaign performance and optimization recommendations for clients
  • Follow clients' businesses and industries to maintain a current knowledge base and keep the team apprised of new and ongoing developments

Requirements

  • Previous full-time or internship experience in a multi-client agency focused on brand management, creative strategy, or a similar role
  • Past experience utilizing Excel or Google Sheets to track campaigns or creative projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in storytelling and creative conceptualization
  • A demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The ability to take initiative; motivated and self-starting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An understanding of project management best practices, such as project management software or project management paradigms

Preferred

  • Experience with creating graphics and data visualizations
  • Experience with data management
  • Demonstrated project management experience working with creatives or production agencies
  • Experience working on creative projects in complex, or highly regulated, industries like Technology, Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare, etc.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a brand management or creative strategy role

Pay

The base salary range for this position will be $57,000 depending on a candidate’s experience and qualifications as they relate to the position.

Schedule

This position is for US-based personnel and is fully remote. Core hours for the role will be 11 am - 5 pm ET. Regardless of geolocation, everyone on the team is expected to work an eight hour day and be online during this window, excluding standard lunch and break times.
