What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and execute 6–12-month marketing campaign plans tied to sales and revenue goals
- Create B2B campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, content, and outbound sales support
- Partner closely with sales on target accounts, buyer personas, messaging, and follow-up strategy
- Support trade shows with pre-event outreach, appointment-setting campaigns, and post-event lead nurturing
- Manage company LinkedIn and social media activity with a focus on engagement and lead generation
- Develop messaging, content, and sales enablement materials that support prospecting and business development
- Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
- Support domestic and international market expansion initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand strategy, growth marketing, campaign marketing, or marketing strategy
- Proven experience building campaigns that generate leads or support sales pipeline
- Experience with trade shows, event marketing, outbound marketing, LinkedIn, or sales enablement
- Strong writing, messaging, positioning, organization, and project management skills
- Comfortable working closely with sales in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools preferred
- Must be comfortable working full-time onsite in the Farmingdale / Wall, NJ area
Compensation
- $95,000 – $115,000 base salary
