Brand Protection Admin
About the role
The Brand Protection Admin role focuses on providing administrative support to the Brand Protection team. This role requires a proactive, dependable, and flexible professional with strong communication skills and a high degree of discretion. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Aid in documenting, refining, and organizing internal procedures to improve alignment and efficiency among the Brand Protection team.
- Support the Brand Protection team in performing and tracking the progress of various projects and tasks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, customer support, operations, marketing, and product & technology to ensure special projects and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain spreadsheets and confidential documents related to Brand Protection projects.
- Manage team calendars and oversee scheduling and coordination of meetings/conferences as needed.
- Order supplies, manage purchases/inventory, and maintain equipment.

- Self-starter and natural problem solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented.
- Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable using office software and tools, and you're quick to troubleshoot or seek help when tech issues arise.
- Limited project management experience.
- Knowledge of sports cards or trading card games, preferred.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $19-$23. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
Schedule
This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
