About the role

The Brand Protection Admin role focuses on providing administrative support to the Brand Protection team. This role requires a proactive, dependable, and flexible professional with strong communication skills and a high degree of discretion. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in documenting, refining, and organizing internal procedures to improve alignment and efficiency among the Brand Protection team.
  • Support the Brand Protection team in performing and tracking the progress of various projects and tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, customer support, operations, marketing, and product & technology to ensure special projects and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain spreadsheets and confidential documents related to Brand Protection projects.
  • Manage team calendars and oversee scheduling and coordination of meetings/conferences as needed.
  • Order supplies, manage purchases/inventory, and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

  • Self-starter and natural problem solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable using office software and tools, and you're quick to troubleshoot or seek help when tech issues arise.
  • Limited project management experience.
  • Knowledge of sports cards or trading card games, preferred.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $19-$23. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.

Schedule

This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
