Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career. About The Team Brand Studio lays the foundations that help Stripe accelerate. We do this by creating, evolving, and maintaining Stripe’s high-quality, versatile, and forward-looking brand design systems, experiences, and advertising campaigns. We sweat the details. We make it seem effortless. What you’ll do This is an individual contributor role embedded directly within the Link brand team. You'll be the sole producer for Link, owning the full scope of creative operations end-to-end. You will be responsible for leading creative operations and creative production across our consumer brand Link, in close partnership with the Link Creative Director. This role is a hybrid mix of program management, project management, and creative production depending on the project phase. During certain periods you'll be focused on the 10,000 foot view of the program, and at other times you'll be working side-by-side with the creative team overseeing execution of every design detail during production. Responsibilities Lead all Link brand program management, including roadmap development, budget oversight, and project scoping, timelines, and resourcingManage a high volume of simultaneous projects, ranging from small to large scale, and across surfaces — creative strategy, web, digital, social, brand systems, integrated campaigns, and emailScale and evolve Link brand design systems in partnership with the Link Creative Director; continuously refine processes to keep pace with the work and reduce friction for the teamPartner closely with the XFN Design teams to ensure smooth execution, alignment and integration of design systems across all surfacesDrive clarity and alignment with leadership, creatives, XFN partners, and external agenciesOwn project management through documentation, tooling, trackers, standing meetings, org-wide updates, and SlackSource, onboard, and oversee external creative agenciesConnect silos, socialize changes, anticipate risks, and provide actionable solutions for escalation to Brand Studio leadershipHandle challenges and blockers with ease; proactive in finding solutions, and always looking ahead for the teamUphold and advocate for design quality with cross-functional teams and vendorsInspire and sustain a culture of excellence by collaborating with creatives in best practices and processes Who you are Brand producers at Stripe are operators first. They find the work in the process — the right framework, the workback schedule that actually holds, the system that scales without breaking — and they measure success by how well the creative team around them can do their best work. They have strong design sense and bring it to bear on the operational decisions that protect quality and keep programs moving. The ideal candidate excels at keeping the work on track while maintaining (and raising) the bar on craft. They offer options and tradeoffs, crisply articulate decisions, iterate quickly, and collaborate with senior leadership, marketers, creatives, and agency partners. Most importantly, they are meticulous when it comes to details. Minimum Requirements 6+ years of experience in similar roles and industriesThink users first — understand their needs, find interesting and unique solutions, and strive to consistently optimize how to best engage with themHave a strong strategic acumen for developing complex program roadmaps and cross-functional processes in a fast-paced environmentCan manage the operational business of the team — budgets, resourcing, and program rhythm — while maintaining a clear point of view on where the program is headed and what it needs to get thereCan demonstrate strong design sense and deep production experience across multiple asset types: brand systems, web and digital surfaces, motion and animation, email templates, standardized reusable assets, and integrated campaignsActively use AI tooling in your day-to-day production work — for scheduling, workflow management, asset scaling, and operational efficiency — and have experience building or implementing AI systems that others on your team can adoptHave experience operating in an in-house brand environment, not just agency or consultancy contexts, and understand the constraints that come with it: no dedicated bench, shared XFN resources, and direct accountability to a single creative leader rather than a client relationshipProven excellence in producing creative systems that are optimized for scale and growthHighly detail oriented and excel at simplifying complexityStrong track record successfully influencing outcomes both internally and with agency partnersCan balance optimizing for speed and quality, with high craft and quality creative workAre persuasive in explaining your work, process, and decisionsExcellent organization and presentation skills, and excel in written and verbal communicationAre passionate about Stripe's mission In-office expectations Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico, Bengaluru, India, and Dublin, Ireland work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible. Pay and benefits The annual US base salary range for this role is $150,900 - $226,300. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends. We look forward to hearing from you. At Stripe, we're looking for people with passion, grit, and integrity. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description.
