Brand Producer
About the role
The Brand Producer on the Brand Studio team at Figma is responsible for overseeing creative production for growth/paid media campaigns and web initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives. They drive cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, fluid environments, proactively keeping projects on track and optimizing for resource efficiencies. They develop and implement comprehensive project timelines, identify critical dependencies and key milestones for feedback and approvals from leadership, manage lean team resources effectively, including onboarding agencies and freelancers, and ensure accountability and high-quality execution. They establish scalable workflows and processes, promoting efficiency, creative excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with external creative partners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee creative production for growth/paid media campaigns and web initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, fluid environments, proactively keeping projects on track and optimizing for resource efficiencies
- Develop and implement comprehensive project timelines, identifying critical dependencies and key milestones for feedback and approvals from leadership
- Manage lean team resources effectively, including onboarding agencies and freelancers, while ensuring accountability and high-quality execution
- Establish scalable workflows and processes, promoting efficiency, creative excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with external creative partners
Requirements
- 10+ years of extensive experience in design operations, creative production, or program management roles
- Proven experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects from start to finish, balancing big-picture goals with day-to-day execution
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and is adept at bringing structure and clarity to ambiguity
- Highly organized, with expertise in developing timelines, identifying critical dependencies, and driving project efficiency
Qualifications
- Proficient in resource management within lean team structures, including managing external partners like agencies and freelancers
- Proficient in Figma and Asana
Skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with Figma and Asana

Pay
The annual base salary range for this role is $127,000—$221,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.
Schedule
This is a full-time role, based in one of our US hubs or remotely within the United States.
