Brand Producer
Overview
We’re hiring a Brand Producer on the Brand Studio team. You’ll lead high-impact brand initiatives, develop the creative production strategy for your projects, demonstrate operational excellence, and ensure our brand shines across every touchpoint.
What You'll Do at Figma
- Oversee creative production for growth / paid media (campaigns + ads) and web initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, fluid environments, proactively keeping projects on track and optimizing for resource efficiencies
- Develop and implement comprehensive project timelines, identifying critical dependencies and key milestones for feedback and approvals from leadership
- Manage lean team resources effectively, including onboarding agencies and freelancers, while ensuring accountability and high-quality execution
- Establish scalable workflows and processes, promoting efficiency, creative excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with external creative partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years of extensive experience in design operations, creative production, or program management roles
- Proven experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects from start to finish, balancing big-picture goals with day-to-day execution
- Thriving in fast-paced environments and adept at bringing structure and clarity to ambiguity
- Hightly organized, with expertise in developing timelines, identifying critical dependencies, and driving project efficiency
What We'd Love to Hear From You
- Proficient in resource management within lean team structures, including managing external partners like agencies and freelancers
- Proficient in Figma and Asana
Pay Transparency Disclosure
If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
