About the role
Big Easy Blends is seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies, particularly in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. They will also manage TikTok Live shopping sessions, grow the brand's audience, and utilize AI tools like Claude and Canva AI.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Manage TikTok Live shopping sessions (4x per week)
- Create, edit, and publish short-form video using CapCut and Canva AI
- Grow audience, monitor engagement, and iterate based on performance
- Use Claude AI daily for various tasks including copy, content calendars, SOPs, research, and campaign briefs
- Maintain product listings across websites and platforms
- Manage TikTok Shop storefront, listings, promotions, and affiliate partnerships
- Keep images, descriptions, and pricing current across channels
- Own compliance documentation and retailer portals
- Build and maintain email program in Klaviyo
- Write copy, segment lists, deploy campaigns, and report on performance
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Walmart Connect and Instacart Ads
- Track ROAS, manage spend, and report results to leadership
- Support retail onboarding and attend trade shows
- Coordinate samples, branded materials, and logistics for event appearances
- Write and distribute press releases and build a media list
- Manage retailer digital shelf content across multiple platforms
Requirements
- You are not waiting to be told what to do
- You have built things before, such as content programs, email flows, social channels, or systems
- You are fluent with AI tools and use them daily
- You are comfortable on camera and can go live on TikTok without a script
- You are an active daily user of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar
- You are a strong writer, producing clear, on-brand copy quickly
- You are proficient with Canva and CapCut or equivalent design and video tools
- You are an organized self-manager who tracks deadlines and manages multiple workstreams
- You have experience in TikTok Shop or TikTok Live commerce
- You have CPG or food & beverage background
- You have experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, or Amazon Seller Central
- You have experience with Zapier or workflow automation
- You have experience with retail compliance tools like GS1, 1WorldSync, ICIX
- You have experience with Walmart Connect or Instacart Ads
