About the role

Use knowledge of syndicated sources (e.g., AC Nielsen) to analyze trended consumer and volume dynamics, as well as procedures used to drive increases in volume and brand equity (e.g., marketing programs, commercial activation). Leverage analytics to craft clear stories, driving insights that lead to action: "What/Why, So what, now what." Apply basic marketing concepts (e.g., brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT Analysis, competitive assessment, marketing objectives/strategies, consumer segmentation) in the development of marketing plans.

Build compelling stories leveraging analytics and insights to influence the system and drive action for the brand. Work with the Operating Unit category team to develop mid-term (2-3 years) growth strategy and annual local brand plans, ensuring consideration of local brand positioning and insights. Partner with other brand managers and Operating Unit category teams to find commonalities with other local brands to define and develop common plans and executions.

Manage brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPIs and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business. Oversee program budgets and timelines to ensure flawless execution, hitting all system milestones on time and within budget. Lead and commercialize innovation by partnering across the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) and system to launch projects and innovations.

Ensure optimal implementation and amplification of brand programs with consumers and shoppers, in close collaboration with our bottling partner. Leverage partnerships, both internally and externally, to impact brand market share while optimizing efficiency. Execute strong financial and operational system/partner routines.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Strategic Management, and/or Business; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in brand management.
  • Experience with Nielsen, IRI, Numerator, Bases, or other quantitative research tools.
  • Passion for understanding consumer behavior.
  • Knowledge of procedures and media used to drive volume and brand equity.
  • Ability to apply marketing concepts (e.g., brand positioning, SWOT Analysis, competitive assessment, consumer segmentation).
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into clear, actionable stories.
  • Consumer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term profitability and volume growth.
  • Ability to evaluate creative concepts based on strategic alignment and consumer impact.
  • Experience utilizing syndicated, custom, and secondary research to identify brand opportunities.
  • Holistic knowledge of business operations, including strategic marketing, project management, and financial processes.
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
  • In-depth understanding of customer and/or customer marketing.

Pay

Base pay range: $106,800 USD - $138,500 USD. Pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for the role, typically representing performance at target, with a reference percentage of 15%.

Long-term Incentive reference value ranges from 0% to 20%, based on role and performance.

Schedule

Travel required: 0% - 25%.

Location: Atlanta, United States of America.
