About the role
Your Tasks include:
- Develop recommendations with Director for the US NIVEA MEN long-term vision and strategy.
- Continuous monitoring of consumer trends and competition, and share with global and regional counterparts, to derive conclusions for a winning category strategy.
- Lead monthly business analysis and inputs to business review (global, regional, local) and S&OP process: demonstrating deep understanding of brand and competitor performance and key drivers.
- Translate business analysis into action plan for business.
- Lead cross functional teams collaboratively, with strong brand stewardship and project management (day to day business and innovation pipeline).
- Analyze portfolio and consumer market to feed insights into development of global strategy and innovation pipeline.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, R&D and legal on project implementation.
- Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plans in line with brand vision and financial objectives, working closely with internal media team, shopper marketing and agency partners.
- Work closely across NIVEA team to inform cross-category strategy (innovation and execution).
- Partner with Shopper & Customer marketing/RGM/sales strategy teams on shopper marketing plans, distribution and assortment priorities and ensure successful implementation of BTL activities in key channels & customers.
- Ensure consistent execution across touch points.
- Manage innovation pipeline, including launch strategy, volume forecasting, and partnering with sales / category management to develop winning strategies and sell-in stories for customers.
- Development of presentations showcasing business to various audiences and executive teams.
- Ownership of budget management, including development of annual marketing budget and tracking progress throughout the year.
Requirements
Requirements include:
- A BS/BA in Science based degree and/or Marketing (MBA a plus).
- Minimum 5-7 years brand management/ marketing experience (consumer packaged goods preferred).
- Demonstrate proven track record of driving brand growth with limited investment and resources.
- Strong collaborator who can motivate and lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive business projects and results.
- Strong business acumen with experience in business analysis and strong skillset in P&L, SOI, and Budget management.
- Passionate individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow the business.
- Must have strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to juggle numerous responsibilities.
- Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Nielsen and/or IRI, SAP experience a plus.
Qualifications

Pay
The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is full-time.
