Brand Manager (Bilingual)

About the role
The Brand Manager will develop, manage, and implement all marketing activities for assigned brands and customers. This role generates consumer insights to create strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term brand strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Define brand positioning and target audience, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to generate actionable marketing insights.
- Conduct competitive analyses and provide strategic recommendations based on findings.
- Design and execute marketing programs that reflect the brand’s identity and values.
- Collaborate as part of a cross-functional product development team to create marketing plans that support product launches.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional activities to achieve brand awareness and penetration goals.
- Prepare sales materials and conduct product training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to foster long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective vendor management and fulfillment of business needs.
- Manage and track the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of progressive work experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Experience working in the food industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, communications, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in consumer-centric brand strategies, including product launches and execution of sales and marketing efforts.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Preferred knowledge of specialty Asian cuisine, culture, and language.
- Bilingual skills preferred (Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai).
