Marquee Brands owns and manages a portfolio of established global brands across consumer products and channels from luxury goods to sports and active apparel. The team is focused on driving organic growth through natural brand extensions, impactful marketing, and direct consumer engagement, ensuring brands continue their storied success with relevant product, expanded retail distribution, and international growth.
About the role
The Brand Manager will support the Brand Director in the management and growth of the iconic Maison BCBG brands: BCBGMAXAZRIA, BCBG, BCBG Generation, and BCBG Girls.
Responsibilities
- Request and analyze sales and forecasts reporting by channel and account; circulate business updates internally for all retailers and marketplaces.
- In partnership with the Director, share successes and opportunities across the partner portfolio; identify opportunities to drive business and results.
- Assist with execution of global go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain and update store distribution lists, active categories, and retailer footprint.
- Track partner performance on Amazon: ad spend, overarching PDP execution. Identify business opportunities and drive results with the Brand Director and Marketplace team.
- Procure and enter monthly, quarterly actuals, and projections in relevant corporate files.
- Support Director in chasing licensee payments as needed.
- Lead the overall business management of a subset of brand licensees with guidance from the Director; own agendas and monthly/quarterly touch bases.
- Execute market research online and in-store to identify opportunities and positioning within the market; prepare presentations accordingly.
- Research prospective retail opportunities and prepare pitch decks with the Brand Director.
- Collaborate and liaise with internal teams such as marketing and PR to support brand strategy and growth (e.g., line sheets, order management, samples, pricing, launch dates, sample ordering).
- Maintain merchandise inputs for the marketing team’s launch calendars.
- Contribute to weekly/monthly meetings with marketing, creative, legal, and business development teams.
- Build and maintain the time and action calendar; alert stakeholders when timelines slip.
- Collaborate with licensees to manage product approvals, including owning meetings, approval processes, and filing.
- Oversee go-to-market assets such as line lists and line sheets, as well as showroom and sample management and organization.
- Provide trademark proof of usage and assist with tasks by liaising with the legal team; own legal team updates.
- Maintain detailed trackers surrounding partner contracts and terms.
- Support Royalty Zone processes, from validating partner inputs to generating ad hoc reporting, while tracking system updates and keeping records of new approvals.
- Schedule and own agendas for internal bi-monthly and weekly touch bases with Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Business Development teams.
- Schedule and own agendas for monthly/quarterly business reviews with licensees.
- Schedule and own agendas for partner design meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in retail merchandising and/or licensing.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the entire Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay
$80,000–$100,000 + target bonus.
