About the role
We’re looking for a scrappy, creative, results-driven Brand Experience Lead to elevate and reimagine our Kerasal foot and nail care business. You’ll help oversee campaigns that resonate with consumers, highlight product points of difference, and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Support and help shape Kerasal’s long-term strategy, ensuring consistency and clarity across consumer touchpoints, including business planning.
- Contribute to claims and clinical development with R&D and Regulatory teams.
- Lead consumer campaign execution from brief through launch, orchestrating agencies and internal teams across paid and owned channels.
- Maintain creative excellence and strong brand expression across all assets with a high bar for visuals and messaging.
- Partner with media, communications, and PR teams for cohesive, high-impact storytelling.
- Lead PR and events.
- Manage tactical marketing initiatives, including review generation, HCP programs, consumer promotions, and packaging refreshes.
- Drive commercialization project management to keep timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination on track.
Requirements
- College degree and 3–4 years of relevant marketing experience; ideally in personal care or a lifestyle brand.
- Strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and drive execution.
- Strong creative instincts; able to evaluate work through both a brand and consumer lens.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple workstreams.
- Builder with a founder’s mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and unstoppable.
- Lover of making things look and sound amazing—whether an Instagram carousel or a retailer sell-in deck.
- Clear communicator who collaborates easily across functions and agency partners.
- Energized by fast-paced environments and brand-building challenges.
- Passion for tracking trends and storytelling.
