Brand Experience Lead
Majestic Photobooth is redefining the modern photo booth experience. From luxury hotels and museums to iconic bars and global brands, we partner with clients to create unforgettable guest experiences through beautifully designed photo booths. As we continue to grow nationally, we're looking for a Brand Experience Lead to create the experiences, community, and physical brand presence that define the next chapter of Majestic.
About the role
We're looking for an outgoing, highly organized relationship builder who loves bringing people together. This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll bring the Majestic brand to life through memorable events, hospitality, community programming, PR, industry presence, and branded spaces. Your mission is simple: create experiences people remember and a brand people want to be part of. Working across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership, you'll produce exceptional experiences, grow our community, and strengthen the Majestic brand. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can turn ideas into plans, manage competing priorities, and lead initiatives from concept through execution.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Brand Experiences
- Own the planning and execution of Majestic's brand experiences.
- Concept, plan, and execute Majestic-hosted experiences that strengthen the brand and build community.

- Develop event concepts, guest strategies, production plans, timelines, and run-of-show documents.
- Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and conference activations.
- Manage event budgets, vendors, venues, staffing, timelines, and logistics.
- Ensure every experience reflects Majestic's premium brand and hospitality standards.
- Lead post-event follow-up and evaluate each experience against its intended marketing and business objectives.
- Majestic Spaces
- Own the programming, guest experience, and activation of Majestic's branded spaces.
- Develop programming that brings clients, collaborators, community members, and industry leaders into Majestic spaces.
- Lead the launch and ongoing activation of new branded environments.
- Create a recurring calendar of events, workshops, product previews, demonstrations, and community experiences.
- Ensure guest experiences reflect Majestic's premium hospitality and brand standards.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive relationship building, customer engagement, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate vendors, production partners, hospitality, and programming for each space.
- Evolve branded environments through programming and guest feedback.
- Partner with the Brand Content Producer to turn activations into compelling marketing content.
- This role owns programming and guest experience, while facilities, maintenance, and routine operations remain with the appropriate teams.
- Community
- Own Majestic's community-building initiatives.
- Build and nurture a nationwide community of hospitality professionals, venue operators, designers, photographers, agencies, creative partners, and brand advocates.
- Develop recurring programs that encourage meaningful, long-term engagement with the Majestic brand.
- Create reasons for people to return to Majestic through thoughtful programming, hospitality, and shared experiences.
- Identify individuals and organizations who should become part of the Majestic community.

- Brand Collaborations
- Own marketing collaborations that increase awareness and strengthen the Majestic brand.
- Develop co-marketing campaigns with complementary brands and community partners.
- Coordinate product collaborations, giveaways, shared content initiatives, and joint events.
- Build relationships with creators, influencers, ambassadors, and cultural partners.
- Develop clear proposals, briefs, timelines, and responsibilities for each collaboration.
- Identify opportunities that expand Majestic's reach and introduce the brand to relevant new audiences.
- Coordinate closely with Sales to avoid overlap with sales-owned strategic accounts and commercial partnerships.
- Public Relations & Industry Presence
- Support Majestic's visibility within the industries we serve.
- Identify PR opportunities aligned with Majestic's brand and growth strategy.
- Represent Majestic at conferences, networking events, trade shows, panels, and industry gatherings.
- Build relationships with editors, event organizers, industry associations, and community organizations.

- Track contracts, invoices, deposits, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Manage budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

- Create repeatable processes that streamline future events and activations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
