Responsibilities
- Communications & Content Production
- Draft, edit, and deliver high-impact internal content, including newsletters, intranet articles (SharePoint), FAQs, video scripts, and internal posts.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations, briefing documents, and talking points specifically for the CTO.
- Act as the Transformation liaison with project teams to support the execution, operationalization, rollout, and marketing/activation of all components within the Communications Playbook.
- Own and update the Transformation Office editorial calendar and Gantt charts, ensuring all content is delivered on time and aligned with key milestones.
- Support various transformation projects, including the development of a communications playbook in a supportive role.
- Editorial & Project Management

- Shift priorities smoothly, remain flexible, and autonomously dive into larger-scale priorities by the summer.
- Visual Storytelling & Platform Management
- Create or coordinate visual assets (graphics, slides, videos) to simplify complex data and technical concepts for a broad employee audience.
- Post and manage content across internal digital platforms, ensuring all transformation resources are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Event Coordination
- Manage the logistical "run-of-show" for internal events, town hall meetings, quarterly meetings, ad-hoc sessions, and transformation workshops (both virtual and in-person).
- Years of Experience: 7-9 years of experience in internal communications, HR communications, corporate copywriting, or content marketing.
- Corporate Background: Experience navigating large or international corporate structures is preferred (Corporate background is favored over a startup environment).
