About the Roles

• Senior Environmental Graphic Designer: A highly creative, self-motivated, and experienced senior-level EGD designer with strong conceptual thinking, visual communication, and problem-solving skills. This role involves assisting in all phases of project design and development, including programming, research and analysis, concept design, project management, development, and implementation drawings. Candidates should have strong experience with EGD projects from conceptual development through implementation.
• Brand Designer (Junior): A creative designer passionate about strategy and brand-building. In this role, you will work alongside senior team members to execute work across brand strategy, visioning, naming exercises, and visual identities. Projects span spaces, experiences, and culture, with creative expressions in print, digital, and the built environment.
• Senior Brand Designer: A designer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and craft. This role guides clients and teams through brand strategy, visioning, naming exercises, and visual identities designed to come to life across spaces, experiences, and culture. Ideal candidates love building intentional brands and pushing concepts from ideas to creative expressions in print, digital, and the built environment.
• Project Director (Dallas, TX): An experienced Project Director and EGD Designer with proven project management experience to join our Dallas studio.
