Brand Designer
This role is responsible for defining and evolving the visual and creative identity of Posh, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will own the brand’s look and feel, from campaigns and content to merchandise and partnerships, and will set the creative bar for various channels.
Own the visual and creative identity of Posh end-to-end
Create the work yourself when it matters (roughly half of what ships should come from your own hands)
Source, brief, and manage external partners to scale the other half
Set the creative bar for product marketing and performance
Leverage AI as a creative force-multiplier
Who You Are
5+ years in design, art direction, or creative roles
A portfolio that speaks for itself: campaign work, brand systems, merch, motion, social content, partnerships
Equally fluent in making and directing
A real point of view on music, nightlife, events, and IRL culture worlds
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern motion tools
Sharp written and verbal communication skills
A bias toward urgency and high output
A high EQ for giving and receiving direct creative feedback
Nice to Have
Past experience as the in-house creative leader at a consumer brand at Series B–D scale
Hands-on experience with motion design, photo direction, or film production
A side practice proving your creative passion outside the 9-to-5
Direct experience working with musicians, artists, venues, or labels on creative partnerships
A deep personal connection to IRL events, nightlife, or the communities Posh serves
