Brand Designer

About the role

Eleven Eleven is a women's apparel and lifestyle brand based in Nashville, Tennessee. We are seeking a Brand Designer to lead the execution of all visual assets across marketing and product.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo or similar platforms)
• Create SMS graphics, promotional assets, and campaign visuals
• Develop website graphics including banners, landing pages, and product storytelling elements
• Ensure all assets are visually consistent with the Eleven Eleven brand
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to ensure all visual outputs are aligned and cohesive

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in graphic design or brand design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, marketing, and/or product-related design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)
• Experience designing for email, web, and marketing assets
• Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on clean, elevated execution
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
• High ownership over quality and consistency of work
