About The Role

We are seeking a versatile, full-spectrum Brand Designer to join our growing team in NYC. This role will act as a key in-house creative partner, supporting the promotion of Digital Asset and the Canton Network across a wide range of brand and marketing initiatives. This is a generational opportunity to help shape and elevate a world-changing brand, playing a hands-on role in defining how it shows up across every touchpoint. You’ll balance speed, creativity, and strong design judgment to bring bold ideas to life in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Design across a variety of formats including static visual design (social, web, campaigns), motion/animation assets, presentation and pitch decks, digital and integrated campaign materials.
• Translate brand and marketing objectives into compelling visual storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain consistency and elevate brand standards across all touchpoints.
• Leverage AI design tools to enhance speed, creativity, and output quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools, with a willingness to integrate them into workflows.
• Versatility across multiple design disciplines, with the ability to flex across brand, digital, and marketing needs as required.
• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
• Experience within crypto, blockchain, or Web3 environments is strongly preferred.

Pay

The range below may vary if based outside the New York tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). Base salaries are determined during our interview process, during which we assess the candidate's experience, skills, and capabilities against internal peers and the scope and responsibilities of the position.

$175,000 - $200,000 USD
