About The Role
We are seeking a talented Associate, Brand Copywriter to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and compliant communications across digital and direct mail channels. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging content that resonates with our diverse customer base. The Copywriter will collaborate closely with process managers, brand and digital partners, and leadership to ensure timely delivery of high-quality communications.
- Create and update digital and direct mail servicing communications aligned with brand standards and compliance requirements
- Maintain and update templates and communication tools in accordance with brand guidelines
- Proofread peer content and provide constructive editorial and design feedback
- Support and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure all communications comply with company policies and maintain accurate internal audit documentation
- Communicate creative details, timelines, and expectations clearly to all key stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality work within established deadlines, paying close attention to detail
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
- Collaborate effectively with process managers, brand, digital teams, and leadership to meet project goals
- Review stakeholder and executive feedback to refine messaging and content
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in technical or professional writing
- At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Suite products
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience working in the financial industry (preferred)
- At least 3 years of Adobe Workfront experience (preferred)
- At least 3 years of brand experience in multi-channel communications (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience with Jira (preferred)
- Strong understanding of compliance, legal, and audit requirements in communication content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
