Brand Advocate Position in Peoria, Arizona

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the entry doors of our store in Peoria, Arizona. This highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role involves enticing walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to drive customers to the Cellairis counter, persuade them to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to generate interest and drive them into the store.
• Offer free products to entice customers to visit the Cellairis counter and commit to a purchase.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and capitalize on a high percentage of potential sales.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy levels throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a highly energetic, approachable demeanor.
• Genuine customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to spend time with the right prospective customers and prioritize effectively.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment is a plus).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is beneficial.

Candidates must have their own (non-public) means of transportation and a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distances.
