Brand Advocate Position in Cedar Park, Texas

Responsibilities

As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. You will be enticing each walk-by customer with free products so that they will be inclined to come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to get the walk-by customer to the Cellairis counter.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable
• Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers
• Physical skill requirements: stand for long periods of time, lift 25 Lbs
• Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver’s License
• Professional appearance

Qualifications

Retail experience is recommended but not required, with 1-3 years in a retail sales environment. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals is a plus, and sampling selling experience is also desirable.
