Brand Advocate Position in Cypress, Texas

Cypress, Texas – Retail/Sales role reporting to the Store Manager.

About the role

As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis store entrance. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Your goal is to persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free goods or services. Customers must come to the Cellairis counter and agree to participation terms to receive their free items.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to drive them into the store.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and purchases.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Ensure customers agree to participation terms at the Cellairis counter to receive free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Must have a manageable commute (non-public transportation).

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.

• Ability to turn objections into leads and capitalize on sales opportunities.
