Join Consumers Credit Union as a full‑time Branch Specialist at the Mount Morris location. Responsibilities

• Welcome members in the branch creating a positive first impression
• Assist and educate members on self‑service options, including Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)
• Process transactions accurately and resolve account and service needs
• Open new consumer accounts efficiently and with attention to detail
• Identify opportunities to connect members with loans, mortgages, and wealth management services
• Recommend improvements that enhance the member experience and branch operations
• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, audits, and balancing standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of similar work experience in retail, customer service, guest relations, sales, or cash handling. Experience in a financial institution, as a Teller, or Personal Banker is preferred.
