Branch Sales Specialist Full Time - KANSAS CITY, MO
About the role
Branch Sales Specialists provide solutions and easily connect with our walk-in customers and help other team members to do the same. Their objective is to maximize sales opportunities, create customer loyalty, and exceed customer expectations by using their guidance, advanced knowledge, and winning attitude. They complete and have responsibility for a variety of branch processes that are important to the branch's operation and overall effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Use inclusive behaviors and use multi-tasking/prioritization to serve as a subject matter expert for branch team members
- Use advanced skills to maximize sales opportunities, take ownership and lead by example with all showroom sales promotions and product specials, and exceed customer expectations
- Oversee the entire customer experience, including appropriate product selection, accurate order entry and maintenance, safely picking product, and safely loading customer vehicle
- Learn and easily navigate through several computer applications for customer-facing and warehouse activities
- Perform actions consistent with branch sales focus to maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a related field
- Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance
- Adapt communication and style to differing audiences, whether it is different personality types, other team members, in writing/email, over phone, or in person
- Operate powered industrial equipment

Pay
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $21.54 and $26.93.

The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above.
