Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, full-service relationship banking to new and existing clients with a focus on sales, service, and personalized solutions.
- Open new accounts, originate and close consumer or small business loans, and assist with branch cash transactions to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve client inquiries and service issues directly or by collaborating with specialized bank departments.
- Identify client financial needs and proactively refer them to other bank products and services, including commercial lending solutions.
- Establish and nurture long-term, high-value customer relationships by providing tailored services that address individual and business goals.
- Maintain diligent client follow-up to ensure satisfaction, build trust, and deepen customer retention.
- May be reassigned to an alternate location within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) based on business needs with proper notice.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent and 2-6+ years of experience as a universal banker, personal banker, or similar retail banking role.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- Previous experience in a financial sales representative-oriented role preferred.
- Solid understanding of standard retail banking products, services, transactions, and mathematical calculations.
- Practical knowledge of consumer lending applications and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in active selling, cross-selling, and client referral generation.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, efficient time-management, and proficiency in basic computer systems.

Pay
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $26 - $35 hourly, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.

Monday – Friday.
