About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Branch Relationship Banker (Personal Banker) to provide top-notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Diamond Bar, CA branch. Responsibilities
- Performs full-service banking services to new and existing customers within the branch, with a primary focus on sales and service.
- Handles duties such as new accounts, consumer loans, and resolving client service issues.
- Resolves client concerns through direct personal action or by referring clients to an alternative bank department resource.
- Makes appropriate referrals for other bank products and services, including commercial lending products.
- Follows up with clients as needed.
- Processes cash transactions, opens or updates accounts, and originates and closes consumer or small business loans.
- Resolves customer service issues and provides extensive, personalized service focused on the specific needs of each banking customer.
- May be reassigned to an alternate location within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) depending on business needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent and 1-4+ years of experience as a universal banker/personal banker or similar retail banking role.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- Previous experience in a financial sales representative-oriented role preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of mathematical calculations and standard banking products, services, and transactions.
- Strong knowledge of all retail products and services.
- Basic knowledge of consumer lending applications.

Pay
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $23 - $30 hourly, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
