This role is ideal for an experienced banking or credit union professional who enjoys balancing member service with operational responsibilities. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with our loyal membership while ensuring branch processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage branch operational tasks, including monthly audits, weekly cash ordering, vendor relationships, and over/short reportingWelcome members and provide information about Credit Union products and servicesProcess deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, wires, disputes, card orders, and other member requestsPerform account maintenance, including opening sub-accounts and certificates, processing Powers of Attorney, and handling deceased member accountsBalance cash drawers and transactions dailyMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Credit Union proceduresDeliver exceptional service while building strong member relationships What We're Looking For 1 to 3 years of experience as a Teller, Member Service Representative, Universal Banker, or Contact Center RepresentativeExperience with account maintenance and member transactionsStrong communication and member service skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsReliability, accuracy, and a professional attitude Are you an experienced banking professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being a trusted resource for members?
