Branch Operations Manager-Title

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cook up training for all employees within the escrow office
• Effectively solicit escrow and title business from realtors, lenders, builders, and sellers and buyers
• Supervise all aspects of branch activities, including, without limitation, all escrow procedures, accounting and bookkeeping functions, marketing, and branch maintenance as directed by the Branch Manager
• Establish and maintain relationships which are social, professional, and civic or community in nature, which promote the goodwill of the company and develop future business
• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
• Able to travel overnight
• Perform all tasks of the Escrow Receptionist, Escrow Technician, Assistant Escrow Officer, and Escrow Officer
• Direct the activities of other branch personnel in the performance of escrow functions as requested by the Branch Manager
• Supervise other office personnel in accordance with established Company personnel procedures and policies as requested by the Branch Manager
• Perform other tasks and duties which in a general way assist the Branch Manager in the effective and efficient operation of the branch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
• Six to eight years of related experience and/or training
• Must meet state requirements regarding licensing, bonding, and CE hours
• Required to be a Notary Public in the state of the branch
• Proficiency with MS Office and email

Prior to Employment

• Must pass a background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Must be able to work nights and weekends

Pay

Annual salary range of $110,000 to $115,000.

Schedule

Night and weekend shifts required.
