Branch Operations Manager

PointBank is growing and moving into Frisco. For more than 140 years, we have served North Texas with genuine community banking, personal relationships, and a commitment to doing what is right for our customers. We are opening a brand‑new location in Frisco and are looking for a Branch Operations Manager to lead, inspire, and build something meaningful from day one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team focused on customer service and community relationships.
• Build branch growth by ensuring excellent service, confident product guidance, and consistent in‑branch engagement with customers.
• Oversee daily operations, compliance, and risk management to ensure a secure and efficient branch.
• Support customers with complex needs and provide guidance on PointBank products and services.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and CRM activity to support branch goals.
• Foster a positive, professional environment that reflects PointBank values.
• Represent PointBank in the Frisco community and build partnerships that strengthen our presence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Financial services or banking experience (required).
• Leadership or management experience (required).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
