Branch Operations Manager

About the role

As a Branch Operations Manager, you will lead a team while coordinating operational efforts with our service technicians. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with free weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support one or more of our 30+ regional branches
• Manage 3-5 dispatchers
• Coordinate the schedules, services, and operations of our Pest Service Technicians
• Professionally interact with customers, both internal and external
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution for customer issues
• Assist in scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and other assigned duties

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent (required)
• College degree (preferred, but not required)
• At least two to five years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with CRM software
• Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening skills, and integrity
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Proficiency with computers and software including Microsoft Office
• Willingness to promote a positive and uplifting company culture

Pay

Base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on experience. Eligibility for quarterly and yearly bonuses based on KPIs.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
