Responsibilities

• Improve the operations systems, processes and policies in support of organization's goals and objectives
• Provide leadership to facilitate decision-making based on business knowledge and organizational values
• Remove obstacles and obtain resources to help branches achieve objectives
• Direct, coordinate and/or delegate activities of departments such as sales, operations, purchasing, and administrative support in order to achieve goals and objectives
• Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop others to improve personal and organizational effectiveness
• Collaborate across departments to drive optimal productivity
• Increase productivity by developing automated applications; coordinating information requirements
• Maintain level of service requirements throughout all processes
• Confer with Branch Manager, Regional VP and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals, objectives, programs or operations resulting from current status and conditions

Qualifications

• 4-year College Degree in Business Management
• Preferred candidate will have 2+ years of industry-related experience
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, legal documents or governmental regulations
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information to top management and speak effectively before groups of customers, vendors or employees
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to compute rate, ratio and draw and interpret graphs
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in order to solve practical problems where only limited information and standardization exists
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram or schedule form
