Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project and business demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies across all branch activities.
- Cook with suppliers and clients to facilitate timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor financial performance of the branch, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to foster a productive and motivated work environment.
- Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality standards and operational excellence.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction operations or branch management.
- Minimum of 10 years of program and project management or operations management experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, safety regulations, and operational best practices.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
