What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or branch operations leadership experience
- Hands-on leader who will work alongside the team when needed
- Experience managing 2–10 direct reports
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and distribution
- Construction supply, building materials, or industrial distribution experience preferred
Compensation
- $65K–$85K base (flexible DOE)
- up to 10% annual bonus
- 4% 401(k)
- benefits after 30 days
- $75/month cell phone stipend
