Key Responsibilities Deposit Operations Open deposit accounts in the Core Banking System (CBS) with precision and compliance.Preserve physical account-opening documents and archive soft copies using designated archiving software.Manage account renewals and communicate with customers on maturity and renewal options.Process scheduled and one-time interest payments accurately and on time.Issue account statements, tax certificates, balance confirmations, and other customer documents.Manage encashment requests and ensure timely customer payments.Archive encashment-related physical and digital documents per internal protocols. Loan Operations Prepare, verify, and maintain documentation for Auto, Motorbike, Personal, and RLS loans.Issue purchase orders and BRTA registration documents in line with applicable regulations.Execute loan disbursements ensuring complete, accurate, and compliant documentation.Record all transactions in the Core Banking System and update MIS reports promptly.Follow up with internal stakeholders to resolve pending operational issues.Liaise externally with customers, BRTA, third-party repositories, and regulatory bodies.Coordinate internally with Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.Perform other duties assigned by management.
