Branch Manager (Wailuku Branch)

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Grow market share and achieve operational excellence
• Hire and develop staff
• Set clear expectations and coach performance
• Manage daily operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements
• Represent the bank in the community by fostering trust, accountability, and long-term relationships

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred
• Three years proven experience in retail sales or financial services, with demonstrated success in customer service, operations, and sales leadership
• Proven ability to lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business development
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM platforms to manage service delivery, sales pipelines and customer engagement strategies
• Must possess a current driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Must be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) within 60 days of hire
• Demonstrated baseline proficiency in the following skills required: Leadership and People development, Sales and Business Development, Communication, Customer Experience, Financial Management, Technical Skills

Pay

The pay range for the role is $60,000 - $115,000/yr; commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm; rotational Saturday's 8:30am - 1:30pm (hours may vary)
