In the role

• Create an outstanding environment where team members enjoy working and making a positive impact in the community.
• Lead by example, empowering the team to offer loan products that meet customers' needs.
• Build an environment that is customer-focused, ensuring all options are presented during the lending process.
• Manage collection activities, consulting with customers on loan payments for past due accounts.
• Achieve financial goals in a responsible manner by coaching and developing the team.
• Motivate the team while maintaining compliance with all policies and applicable laws.
• Prioritize and resolve issues with speed and consistency using strategic thinking.
• Be able to travel locally for business development purposes.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team
• Proven experience with meeting sales goals
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date, where required

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or experience with underwriting, credit decision, or related financial industry experience
