About the role

The Branch Manager, Naperville will report to the Market Leader, Suburban IL and lead our growing Naperville office and suburban team. This role focuses on revenue and profitability growth, product superiority, and strategic guidance within the Association Management division.

Responsibilities

  • Implement company vision, strategy, and culture by promoting initiatives of the Board of Directors and President of Community Management.
  • Aid leadership to develop and manage the annual CAM budget for the division, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Identify revenue opportunities that add value to the client experience.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor employees to build a skilled and motivated team.
  • Develop, train, and delegate to Association Leads the day-to-day management of the staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for Association Leads and provide feedback for continuous development.
  • Ensure manager ratios reach a minimum of 1.8 to 2.0 for all managers across CAM division.
  • Provide strong leadership to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide reporting on a bi-weekly basis of what is being done to encourage and capture Claims Processing, Project Coordination, Loan Coordination, CAM Fee Schedule Revenue.
  • Work with CAM leadership and Capital Coordinator to establish and verify schedule/project list and that projects managed by CMs are tracked and monitored.
  • Assist EVP with strategies related to sales, including assisting in RFP responses, attending presentations, and work with the Onboarding team to enhance the new client experience.
  • Analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback and implement solutions to address customer feedback with appropriate staff.
  • Maintain the escalation path via org chart and report if leaders are skirting this/not being accountable to their teams.
  • Monitor opportunities/needs to shift teams, create new teams, and identify leadership potential amongst current staff.
  • Help improve operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Community Association Management experience
  • Proven success leading teams of 10 or more
  • Self-motivated individual with an ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with varying degrees of leadership
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)
