Branch Manager (LC - Lohman)

Manage all aspects of branch operations under the supervision of the Market President.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations, customer service, branch security and more.
• Ensure each employee is providing unparalleled service by motivating your staff and conducting customer service training.
• Drive for customer satisfaction and embrace the bank's sales and cross-servicing culture by learning and having knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements

• Aptitude for financial services and a minimum of one year of supervisory/management experience or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent of 5+ years experience in the banking industry.
• Possess basic knowledge of Human Resource procedures.
• Must be able to pass a credit, background and reference check.
