About the role
The Branch Manager II is responsible for leading and managing multiple branches within a designated regional area. This role involves overseeing branch operations, driving up performance, and ensuring the alignment of each branch with organizational goals. The Branch Manager II will work closely with branch leaders and staff across the region to foster collaboration, consistency, and service delivery, and achieve key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
- Develops and Implements Sales Strategies, Manages the Branch Sales Team, and Ensures Achievement of Sales Targets
- Led the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth, oversees the sales team, and ensures targets are met
- Ensures Delivery of High-Quality Member Service in All Aspects of Sales and Operational Activities
- Focuses on providing exceptional member service while driving sales and operational efficiency. Tracks and Assesses Sales Performance, Communicating Results to Employees
- Maintains Effective, Professional Business Relations with Members, Promptly Resolving Requests, Questions, and Complaints
- Manages Branch Financials, Including Controllable Expenses, and Ensures Budget Goals are Met
- Manages audit processes, collaborates with internal departments, and drives ongoing operational enhancements to optimize branch performance.
- Implements Policy and Procedural Changes Within the Branch and Oversees Branch Functions Effectively
- Leads telemarketing activities for the branch, including identifying lists, scheduling employees, summarizing, and reporting results
Requirements
- Two years’ experience in the financial industry with a preference for Credit Unions is required.
- Three years’ experience in Leadership is required.

Qualifications
- Minimum Education Required to Perform Job: High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum Years of Relevant Work Experience Required to Perform Job: 5 to 7 years
Pay
The hiring range for this position in California is $86,800 to $130,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
Schedule
Shift work including weekends consists of hours outside of an 8-5 schedule to cover the hours of operation.
