Branch Manager Home Health RN,
Overview
The Branch Manager / Branch Director role oversees the operations of our home health agency in Jupiter, FL, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations. This role requires a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for home health care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the clinical operations of the team of field staff
- Report directly to the Agency Administrator
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills
- Understand issues related to the delivery of home health care services and be able to problem solve
- Have previous home health and management experience
- Have an excellent knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines
Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the position is based
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Must have a minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months
- Medicare home health experience is strongly preferred
- Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred
Requirements
- Must have a current driver's license and automobile insurance
