Branch Manager Overview

Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead our growing network of 70+ locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales and operations teams in a distribution or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Profit & Loss responsibility and accountability in all areas of the operation
• Implement a business strategy ensuring profitability through sales growth, effective cost control, and operational excellence
• Handle multiple tasks under deadlines, solving problems and motivating teams to perform at their peak
• Lead sales and operations teams, meeting corporate financial goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
• 5 years experience in sales and operations management
• Results oriented leader who enjoys motivating a team
• Problem solver who can handle multiple tasks under deadlines
• Ability to motivate employees to perform at their peak
• Excellent analytical skills in financial forecasting and sales management
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Inventory control and purchasing experience
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable principles
• Proven track record of success in managing

Qualifications

• Building Products experience preferred
• Experience leading sales
• Experience leading operations yard and warehouse, equipment, and inventory of materials
• Knowledge of the building materials industry is a major plus
