Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance. Drives revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients, and solutions that help them achieve financial well being. Creates a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy in an omni channel environment. Leads and influences the agenda of a broad range of eco-system partners.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for risk management and compliance in a complex business environment.
- Buys and retains talent through effective onboarding, coaching and development.
- Coaches to consultative selling to drive results and enable customer financial well-being.
- Connects all of PNC, delivering a seamless customer experience in an omni channel environment.
- Drives business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities.
- Ensures operational, human capital, reputational and business risk are managed.
- Exercises leadership, authority and sound decision making to mitigate sales practice risk.
- Grows branch revenue through the acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households and by effectively leading eco-system partnerships.
- Has foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement.
- Leads, coaches and ensures the delivery of a differentiated client experience.
- Manages operational, human capital, reputational and business risk.
- Models PNC values by cultivating and supporting an inclusive workplace.
- Prepares for and participates in meetings with senior management.
- Responsible for acquiring and retaining talent through effective onboarding, coaching and development.
- Trains and develops branch team members.

Pay
Base Salary: $90,750.00 – $151,250.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
