Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall success of the assigned branch location by providing a high-quality customer experience.
- Coach branch staff on advice, guidance, and performance to meet branch goals.
- Manage controllable expenses and staffing efficiency to align with budget targets.
- Direct branch operations to meet or exceed compliance and operational objectives.
- Coordinate business and community development activities.
- Demonstrate strong one-on-one skills to help customers build wealth, perform financial planning, and partner with FNIP partners.
- Ensure staff use needs-based selling techniques in line with FNBO’s operating philosophy and IMPAX model.
- Reinforce clear explanations of products and services, ensuring alignment with terms and conditions.
- Run effective weekly 30-minute partner huddles and celebrate team successes.
- Maintain and coach to the branch scorecard for leading and lagging metrics.
- Exhibit leadership and change management in branch operations.
- Complete floor management observations and coach employees on the IMPAX model for customer conversations.
- Maintain a presence on the floor to greet customers, minimize wait times, and adjust staffing as needed.
- Perform banker and teller duties as required.
- Hold team accountable for timely and effective customer outreach using Salesforce.
- Utilize training plans for career development coaching and address performance issues.
- Monitor In Moment survey results and coach to achieve a 90% customer satisfaction score.
- Use Banker and Teller Attributes in coaching and hiring practices.
- Ensure sales accountability to meet team sales goals through advice and guidance.
- Conduct regular one-on-one employee conversations, providing coaching and feedback.
- Apply performance plans for employees not meeting sales or operational expectations.
- Manage controllable expenses and minimize branch-initiated fee waivers.
- Ensure DocuSign adoption of 80% or greater for new accounts and 70% for maintenance.
- Minimize branch-controllable fraud, DDA charge-offs, and teller over/short losses.
- Ensure compliance with account opening criteria and transaction processing procedures.
- Coach the team to use digital signature cards at least 80% of the time.
- Scan hard-signed signature cards into FirstWork within 24 hours of account opening.
- Monitor Deposit/Customer workflows, FIRE database, and assigned error reports daily.
- Resolve compliance issues within 48 hours of notification and outstanding issues within 30 days.
- Ensure branch cash and negotiable items meet bank standards.
- Ensure all direct reports adhere to Incentive Plan rules and address performance issues.
- Achieve a passing score for all On-Site and Off-Site Assessments.
- Notify Market Director via email when working with HR on Performance Plans or Terminations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and management skills.
- Previous experience in a retail sales environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
- Problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Previous management experience (desired).

Pay
Compensation range (base pay): $66,659.00–$113,319.00. Final compensation may vary based on work experience, education, and skill level.
Schedule
This role is anticipated to work onsite at the posted location. Work location may change based on business needs.
