Responsibilities
- Lead a team whose passion is to deliver exceptional service for homeowners and businesses alike.
- Manage the branch’s P & L, including revenue/sales and overall operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of operational responsibility, including P&L and forecasting
- Previous responsibility for the sales process and results
- Experience providing strategic planning and succession planning initiatives
- Experience conducting/managing third party audits in a pest control environment
- Motivation/Passion/Desire to build teams, recruit, train & cultivate top performers, and enable future success within the organization
