Branch Manager

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the team to meet and exceed sales and service goals while maintaining high focus on state and federal regulations as well as Align Credit Union policies.
• Exercising administrative control over the day-to-day functions.
• Delegate and assign work as required and exercise management authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, and salary recommendations.
• Ensure implementation of Credit Union policies and explanation of Credit Union programs, procedures, and objectives.
• Encourage and maintain a positive work environment by communicating in a manner consistent with professional standards to successfully work with members, teammates, management and vendors.
• Effectively interview, hire, train, coach and motivate the branch team on an ongoing basis.
• Set performance goals, provide feedback and recognition and identify areas where additional internal or external training is needed.
• Maintain and deepen existing relationships with organizations and members of the community.
• Proactively seek opportunities to grow the branch's book of business.
• Provide exceptional member service and independently resolve issues and complaints.
• Ensure the branch is in compliance with governmental and regulatory agencies and credit union laws, regulations, policies and procedures to protect the Credit Union and its members against criminal and fraudulent operations and unnecessary risk or exposure.

Pay

The expected base salary offered for this role is $67,000.00-$84,000.00 annually. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
