Branch Leadership & Operations

Direct, manage, and oversee all branch activities, including service operations and construction projects.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth goals.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements for efficiency.

Service Management

Supervise and support service department staff, including scheduling, dispatch, and field technicians.

Ensure timely completion of service calls and preventive maintenance.

Oversee customer satisfaction and resolve escalated service issues.

Maintain service contracts, warranties, and customer agreements.

Construction Management

Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.

Cookordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.

Manage project costs, estimates, and contract administration.

Financial & Business Development

Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for service and construction.

Maintain and grow client relationships, partnerships, and market presence.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients and vendors.

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate service technicians, project managers, and administrative staff.

Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Provide leadership, motivation, and clear communication across the team.

Other

Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in service operations, construction management, or a related industry.
  • 3+ years of management experience leading teams in a service or construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and service operations.
  • Proven financial management skills (P&L, budgeting, forecasting).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software; MS Office Suite required.
  • OSHA or relevant safety certifications (preferred).

Physical Demands & Working Environment

  • Fast-paced environment with frequent disruptions or challenges
  • Office-based with frequent visits to project sites and client locations.
  • Must be able to work extended hours as needed to meet project or service demands.
  • Travel within the branch territory required - Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho, Western and Central Montana.
