About the role

Bringing innovative solutions to our clients, the Branch Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a branch including customer service, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee sales activities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance and contribute to the success of the branch.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
