About the role
Bringing innovative solutions to our clients, the Branch Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a branch including customer service, sales, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee sales activities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance and contribute to the success of the branch.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
